By confirming a purchase on CloudCart, you agree to the following financial terms and billing protocols. These terms ensure secure and authorized transactions within our global e-commerce environment.

1. PAYMENT METHODS AND ENCRYPTION

CloudCart accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and international payment platforms. All transactions are processed via 256-bit SSL encrypted gateways. CloudCart does not store or have access to your full credit card digits.

2. BANK STATEMENT IDENTIFICATION (DESCRIPTOR)

To prevent confusion and unauthorized chargeback claims, please note:

All transactions processed through our store will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the name: CLOUDCART or SP * CLOUDCART.

If you do not recognize a charge with this descriptor, please contact cloudcart.rm@gmail.com immediately before contacting your bank to avoid unnecessary disputes.

3. THE SETTLEMENT AND VERIFICATION PERIOD

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, CloudCart observes a 1 to 5 business day Payment Clearance Period.

Authorization vs. Settlement: Your bank may show a "Pending" status immediately. However, the final settlement occurs once our security systems verify the transaction.

Order Dispatch: Products are only released to our fulfillment partner (Zendrop) once the financial settlement is 100% confirmed.

4. CURRENCY AND CONVERSION

All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are purchasing from a country with a different local currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee. CloudCart is not responsible for these additional bank-side charges.
