At CloudCart, we are dedicated to providing a high-standard shopping experience through our curated global logistics network. Because we operate an international fulfillment model, where products are dispatched directly from our specialized logistics partner (Zendrop), we have established a robust and legally binding framework for refunds and returns. This policy is designed to maintain the highest levels of operational integrity and protect our customers and business from fraudulent claims.

1. THE 30-DAY VOLUNTARY RETURN WINDOW

CloudCart provides a 30-calendar-day return window. This period officially commences the moment the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the destination address provided during checkout. Requests initiated after this 30-day period are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange, without exception.

2. RIGOROUS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our inventory, all returned items must undergo a mandatory inspection at our designated international facility. For a return to be authorized, the item must meet the following strict conditions:

Pristine & Unaltered Condition: The product must be in the exact condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, unwashed, and completely unaltered.

Original Packaging Integrity: The item must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging, including all protective seals, internal plastic wraps, and structural supports.

Complete Accessory Suite: All original tags, labels, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and supplementary accessories must be present and undamaged.

Proof of Transaction: A valid order number and the official receipt generated at the time of purchase are mandatory for the initiation of the return process.

3. EXEMPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

In accordance with international health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following categories are strictly excluded from our return policy:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Beauty products, cosmetics, and items intended for personal use.

Customized & Bespoke Goods: Any item manufactured or modified to specific customer instructions.

Perishable Items: Goods with a limited shelf life.

Hazardous Materials: Products containing flammable liquids, gases, or batteries.

Final Sale & Promotional Items: Products purchased under "Clearance," "Final Sale," or via specific Gift Cards are non-refundable.

4. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE (ZENDROP PROTOCOL)

While we utilize a premium fulfillment partner (Zendrop) with strict quality controls, transit issues may occur. In such cases:

Mandatory 48-Hour Report: Any defect or damage must be reported to cloudcart.rm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Required Forensic Evidence: The customer must provide clear, high-resolution photographs and a brief video documenting the defect, along with a photo of the shipping label.

Resolution: Upon verification by our logistics team, CloudCart will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. Failure to provide adequate evidence within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of the claim.

5. INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For standard returns initiated by the customer (e.g., "change of mind," "ordered by mistake"):

Customer Liability: The customer is exclusively responsible for all logistics and shipping costs associated with returning the item to our designated international warehouse.

Trackable Shipping Obligation: Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service with insurance. CloudCart is not liable for returns lost, damaged, or delayed in transit by the customer’s chosen carrier.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND THE PAYMENT CLEARANCE PERIOD

CloudCart utilizes a high-efficiency automated fulfillment system.

Security & Settlement Phase: As noted in our Privacy Policy, orders undergo a 1 to 5 business day Payment Clearance Period to verify funds and transaction security.

Dispatch Finality: Once an order is transmitted to our fulfillment centers (Zendrop) following payment clearance, it enters a "Locked State." Orders in this state cannot be canceled, modified, or diverted.

Cancellation Procedure: If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, they must wait to receive the physical item and then initiate a standard return at their own expense.

7. REFUND ISSUANCE AND FINANCIAL TIMELINES

Upon successful inspection and approval of a return, we will notify you of the resolution:

Approved Refunds: Credits will be applied automatically to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Banking Delays: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your financial institution to process and post the funds. CloudCart does not have control over bank-side processing delays.
