Order Cancellation Policy

At CloudCart, we utilize high-velocity automated systems to ensure your products are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible through our global fulfillment network. Because of this integration, there is a very limited window for order modifications or cancellations.

1. THE CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this 12-hour window, the order details are electronically transmitted to our international logistics partner (Zendrop) and enter the "Processing & Security Clearance" phase. Once an order has reached this stage, it cannot be canceled.

2. CANCELLATIONS DURING THE SECURITY CLEARANCE PHASE (1-5 DAYS)

As established in our Shipping Policy, all orders undergo a 1 to 5 business day Payment Clearance Period.

Locked Status: During this time, the financial transaction is being settled, and the physical product is being prepared for dispatch at the international hub.

Finality: Once the funds are cleared and the order is marked as "Processed," the fulfillment cycle is irreversible. We are unable to intercept packages once they are in the custody of international carriers.

3. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable method of cancellation. If a package is refused at the destination and returned to the international warehouse, the following will apply:

The original shipping cost will be deducted from any potential refund.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover international handling and administrative costs.

4. INCORRECT INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Requests for address changes must be made within the initial 12-hour window. CloudCart is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address, and such cases do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

To initiate a cancellation request within the 12-hour window, you must:

Provide your full name and the reason for the cancellation.
Note: Your request is only considered "Received" once you get a confirmation reply from our support team.
