SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT (DROPSHIPPING)

As a global e-commerce intermediary, CloudCart facilitates the acquisition of products directly from international suppliers and fulfillment partners (including Zendrop).

Direct Shipping: Products are shipped from international hubs to the customer.

Security Clearance: All orders are subject to the 1–5 business day Payment Clearance Period as defined in our Shipping Policy.

Product Descriptions: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
