Shipping Policy

Effective Date: February 24, 2026
Document Version: 2.0.1 (High-Protection Protocol)

At CloudCart, we operate a sophisticated international supply chain designed to deliver premium products directly from global manufacturing and fulfillment hubs to your doorstep. To ensure transactional integrity and logistical precision, our shipping operations are governed by the following High-Protection Protocols.

1. THE SECURITY & PAYMENT CLEARANCE PHASE (1–5 BUSINESS DAYS)

Before any physical shipment is initiated, every order undergoes a mandatory Security & Financial Settlement Period.

Protocol Duration: This phase typically requires 1 to 5 business days.

Operational Purpose: This period allows our financial gateways to verify the legitimacy of the transaction, protecting both the consumer and the business from unauthorized credit card use.

Fulfillment Trigger: Once funds are fully settled and cleared, your order data is electronically transmitted to our primary fulfillment partner, Zendrop, for immediate picking, quality inspection, and dispatch.

Note: The shipping timeframes mentioned below begin after this internal processing phase is concluded.

2. ESTIMATED GLOBAL DELIVERY TIMELINES

CloudCart specializes in reaching high-demand markets with optimized transit times. Our current estimates, following the processing phase, are:

United States (Primary Market): 6–10 business days.

Europe & Tier-1 Destinations: 10–20 business days.

Rest of the World: 15–25 business days.

Logistical Disclaimer: While we strive to meet these estimates in 98% of cases, transit times may be influenced by external factors such as seasonal high volumes, local postal efficiency, or national holidays.

3. ADVANCED TRACKING & TELEMETRY

Transparency is fundamental to our logistics.

Tracking Issuance: You will receive a high-security tracking number via email once the package leaves the international fulfillment center.

Data Synchronization: Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier’s system to synchronize and display initial tracking events.

Direct Monitoring: Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments directly through our "Track Your Order" portal or official carrier websites.

4. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXATION

As an international e-commerce entity, CloudCart facilitates the cross-border movement of goods.

Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient.

Regulatory Compliance: We provide all necessary digital documentation for customs; however, we are not liable for delays caused by local customs inspections or regulatory holds.

5. ADDRESS INTEGRITY AND REDELIVERY PROTOCOLS

Verification: Customers must ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Post-Processing Constraints: Due to our automated integration with Zendrop, once the processing phase (1-5 days) is complete, the shipping label is generated and cannot be modified.

Failed Delivery: Packages returned to the international hub due to "Insufficient Address" or "Unclaimed" status will require the customer to pay a secondary shipping fee for re-dispatch.
