CloudCart respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, and manufacturers. As an international e-commerce intermediary, we act as a bridge between global suppliers and the end consumer.

1. TRADEMARKS AND CONTENT

All original logos, site design, graphics, and text on this website are the exclusive property of CloudCart. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. PRODUCT IMAGERY AND DESCRIPTIONS

CloudCart utilizes marketing materials, images, and descriptions provided by our global fulfillment partners (including Zendrop) and their network of verified suppliers. We make every effort to ensure that we have the necessary rights to use these materials.

3. NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL (DMCA COMPLIANCE)

If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe that any content hosted on our site infringes upon your rights, please follow our official notification protocol:

Notification: Send an email to cloudcart.rm@gmail.com with the subject: "IP INFRINGEMENT NOTICE".

Requirements: Your notice must include: (a) Identification of the protected work; (b) Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing; (c) Your full contact information; and (d) A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Resolution: Upon receipt of a valid notice, CloudCart will investigate and, if necessary, remove the disputed content within 72 business hours.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As a service provider and intermediary, CloudCart is not liable for intellectual property infringements committed by its third-party suppliers, but we are committed to acting swiftly to remove any infringing material once properly notified.
